Who we are
WHERE IT ALL STARTED
Premier started as a two-person company in 1990, which operated from a 300 square feet office with an aim of offering a wide range of products and services from Hong Kong and China. The founder’s passion for travelling in China and internationally helped in accessing customer needs and consequently sourcing a wide range of products from China. Currently the company is in operation from its self-owned 14,500 square feet office located near the largest container port in Hong Kong.
WE PROVIDE COMPLETE SOLUTION
While being engaged in trading business, we are able to provide complete solution for any product category starting from choosing correct manufacturers, product development, quality and safety assurance, packaging development etc. More than 50% of our work force comprises engineers, many of whom have master’s degree in engineering and/or international trade.
Following our basic business principal of Honesty and Trust, we have been able to develop and maintain business relationship with our customers since our establishment in 1991. In addition, we believe in complete transparency through which we are able to solve problems jointly and at the same time pursue success together with our business partners and associates, all over the world.
We take all over transactions/shipments seriously. Our product fulfilment and customer satisfaction rate is over 95%, through on-time shipping with negligible error rate during the last 10 years.
